Service & Support
Service
Even the best machinery on the market benefits from a regular out of season service and when unscheduled support is required it is good to know that Energreen UK can offer a nationwide service with fully trained engineers and genuine replacement parts.
Together they will ensure that any downtime is kept to the minimum, especially important in waterway maintenance operations where workloads are restricted by ecological guide lines.
All our clients can rely on a group of highly trained engineers. Our maintenance staff have attended specific training courses at the factory during which they learnt how to deal with any problem related to the hydraulic systems, the electric connections and a basic understanding of the engine.
We have now 3 skilled servicemen ready to intervene from our main depot in Harpley nr King’s Lynn.
Our chief engineer is always on call for any emergency. He will assess the situation with our client on the telephone and then make sure that the appropriate steps are taken to solve the problem in the quickest way possible.
Our clients can also rely on a net of service companies strategically located on the UK territory. EnergreenUK Ltd has signed a servicing agreement with these engineering companies under which they have to intervene as soon as our chief engineer or one of our clients needs to be serviced. All these engineering company staff have been fully trained by our chief engineer or directly by the factory training engineers. Currently we have 3 engineering companies under contract and they cover the West, South-West, Wales, North-West , Midlands and South-East. From our main depot with our engineers we cover all the East, North-East, part of Midlands and Scotland. Our chief engineer at Harpley Mr. Adrian Mountain is at your disposal for any servicing enquiry.
From the very beginning EnergreenUK has also made a special agreement with:
PETER MASKELL
Trenching and Watercourse Equipment
mob. 07766448818
He is our chief consultant engineer. Anyone working with the IDBs or with the Environment Agencies knows Peter Maskell,
probably the most experienced engineer in this field. He is a very important member of our servicing team and a very reliable technician who has a profound knowledge of the servicing market and of our machines.
Support
For us at EnergreenUK Ltd supporting our customers is a way of life.
All our clients are invited to visit our factory in Italy and before delivery of the machines we expect them to thoroughly check them with our approval and test engineers. The machines do not leave the factory in Italy without the client’s complete approval. All the check and test boxes have to be ticked off. If the client finds that something does not meet the specifications agreed on the purchasing order our technical staff make the necessary modifications prior to delivery.
On delivery to the client’s yard one of our engineers checks the machine once more with the driver and the fitter of the client. We also provide a specific user training course on how to best operate our machines. On request and free of charge we also offer a basic training for the fitters of the clients. These courses are organized in our depot in Harpley (near King’s Lynn). Every machine is delivered with the technical manual and the user manual strictly in English. A spare parts catalogue is also provided with the machine either in hardcopy form or digital. Any technological update is made available to the client as soon as we get the information from the factory.
At our depot our clients can find a vast assortment of spare parts. Orders can be placed either on line or by telephone. Our storage department will process the order within 24 hours and deliver the requested part in less than 48 hours. If the part is not in stock and an order has to be placed with the factory the time frame may vary normally no longer than 72 hours for express delivery and 5 working days for normal delivery.
