ILF C1200
The ILF C1200 model is our tracked machine.This well-designed tracked vehicle allows the user to work in boggy areas that would be inaccessible to standard wheeled vehicles. Thick forests and wood areas are also a natural habitat for the ILF C1200. Its metal tracks can easily tackle any kind of rough terrain including very steep inclines.
Its tough design combined with the very powerful boomerang arm and a generous 173 HP engine (optional) ensure that all kind of forestry work can be carried out without any difficulty. A very heavy fiorestry mulcher can be attached to the front of the ILF C1200 and simultaneously the boomerang arm can be equipped with a tree shearer or harvester increasing significantly the productivity of the machine.
Separate-circuit systems maximise efficiency, definitively eliminating any drops in speed or power. The cabin and the arm rotate 360 degrees exactly like an excavator but without all the limitations associated with it. With this model all our arm configurations are available from 8m to 13 m.
For forestry work the ideal is the 8.5 m boomerang arm a very strong and powerful well suited to handle the heavy work load required when dealing with tree harvesting.
Particular attention was dedicated to the distribution of the weight apply to the tower, to guarantee an excellent stability even if with a restricted ballast: that means a reduction of the total weight of the machine (only 9.5t) and with a crawler 600mm wide and 3.8 meters long, guarantee a reduced specific pressure to the ground ( 0.2 kg/cm2) giving the possibility to work also on soft grounds like peat moors, swamps and boggy areas. Although based on the platform of its twin model the ILF B2000 the ILF C1200 offers all the versatility and flexibility of all our smaller units with the obvious limitation of a tracked machine in terms of mobility.
The ILF C1200 is in a class of its own and ensures that work is carried out in an ergonomically correct position thanks to a 360° cab rotation. With 180° cutter head rotation, work can be carried out in both directions, making manoeuvering and back-tracking downtimes a thing of the past. The strength and solidity that characterise the ILF C1200 allow it to be used with a range of attachments, thus making it suitable for any forestry work. For the drivers this machine represents their liberation from the ache and pain associated with the use of the traditional tractor mounted arm mowers. No more neck or back twisting the working area is always in front of them.
A universal coupling system allows for the use of any implements of our own production or already existing in the client’s yard. A front linkage with a P.T.O. is an available option allowing for any cardan driven implements to be attached to the machine. Hydraulic driven implements can be attached too. The ILF C 1200 can work simultaneously with the arm and with a heavy mulcher attached to the front linkage significantly increasing productivity. Three shearing, tree harvesting, log splitting, chipping, branch cutting, digging and grading, snow clearing towing and other accessible tasks make the ILF C1200 an all year round machine which never stops working.
